  • Ve čtyřlůžkovém apartmánu není možné připravit ani čaj či kávu, chybí alespoň varná konvice, hrnečky, talířky, příbory. Dle mého názoru pro zimní pobyty nevhodné, není možné uložit lyže, usučit boty, pověsit mokré lyžařské oblečení.

Lyžárna je k dispozici. Máme ubytování bez kuchyněk.Kdyby chtěl klient konvici tak to zařídíme. Jinak restaurace je otevřena podle potřeb hostů. Dosta mne to mrzí.

  • Personál byl velice příjemný.

  • Bydleli jsme v chatičkách a koupelna byla tedy děs a běs. Ošklivá a špinavá.....Postele byli sice staré,ale čisté.

  • Je to skutečně objekt na výhlídce, často tomu název neodpovída, ale tady dokonale.

  • Jsou to v Čechách vždy jen takové zbytečné drobnosti, které by nebyl problém odstranit ale to není problém jen tohoto podniku ale většiny (hlučný větrák, slabá žárovka, žádný háček v koupelně a pod.) Trochu vadilo, že výběr jídla k večeřím u polopenze zřejmě závisel na tom, kolik lidí přišlo na oběd a co pak zbylo navečeři.

OCEŇUJI SPRAVEDLIVÉ HODNOCENÍ. POUČÍME SE ,ABY I HODNOCENÍ POD 9 SE ZLEPŠILO. VĚŘTE ZA 3 MĚSÍCE TO JIŽ MAJÍ DOST ZAMĚSTNANCI I ČLENOVÉ RODINY . PŘESTO PÉČE O HOSTA JE NAŠÍM KRÉDEM.

  • Měli jsme chatku, uvnitř plně dostačující, prostorné, pouze venkovní sezení (stolek a 2 židle) je třeba již vyměnit, na stolek se nedalo nic postavit.
